Our Frimley Park Community Hall is available to hire.

Who can hire the Hall 
  • Birthday parties for children aged 5 years and under 
  • Community groups 
  • Community focused businesses
Hire Details 
  • Hours of hire: 8:00am – 8:00pm 7 Days a week
  • Hire cost:
    • $75.00 per half day – up to 4 hours
    • $125.00 full day – more than 4 hours
  • Bond: A fully refundable $150 bond is required. The bond will be refunded in full unless cleaning or repairs are needed due to damage sustained during hire. 
  • If damages exceed the bond amount, additional costs will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.
  • The Hall is not available for hire for a 4-5 week period over the Xmas break (roughly mid December to mid January)

Conditions of Use 
    • The Hall is located in a residential area, please be respectful of neighbours regarding noise, conduct, and parking. 
    • Strictly no drugs, alcohol, smoking, or vaping on the premises or surrounding areas. 
    • Maximum capacity: 50 attendees. 
    • The Hall must be left clean and tidy, in the same condition as it was found. 
    • All rubbish must be removed when you leave.
