Professional Standards

A set of professional standards for kindergarten teachers has been established under the Teachers collective employment agreement.

Professional standards have been designed to establish national consistency in performance management while remaining sufficiently flexible so to enable individual teachers to adapt them to their particular climate, culture and community.
